Through our free outreach events and concerts—made possible by generous community sponsorship and individual donations—we bring the joy of orchestral music beyond the concert hall and into the hearts of Oakville residents of all ages.
Free Candlelight Concerts
We lit up the night with magical outdoor candlelight concerts, offering the community an opportunity to experience the beauty of live orchestral music in a relaxed, scenic setting.
Children’s Mini Concerts
To spark a love for music in young hearts, we hosted three free mini concerts each year designed to introduce children to the orchestra in a fun and interactive way.
Culture Days & Open Rehearsal
As part of Culture Days, we invited the public to our rehearsal, giving families a behind-the-scenes look at how an orchestra prepares for our concert; inviting audiences of all ages to engage with live music and understand the work that goes into a concert weekend!
Community Classrooms
Through our Community Classrooms initiative, in partnership with the Oakville Community Foundation, our musicians visit schools to share their passion for music, inspire students, and provide unique educational experiences.
These programs reflect our commitment to making music accessible and fostering a love for the arts in our community. We are deeply grateful for the support that allows us to continue offering these enriching experiences at no cost to participants.
