We’re excited to introduce you to the first guest conductor of the new season.

Martin MacDonald will lead the orchestra for our return to live performances at the Oakville Centre on Saturday November 6th and Sunday November 7th.

We asked Martin to explain how he came to be a conductor, to describe his musical background, and to tell us what qualities he most admires in conductors he’s worked with as an orchestral musician.
