The 2021 Hollier Award is open to non-string players (orchestral winds and brass). This is a one-time audition and associated award, and does not involve playing with the orchestra. Applicants must be entering at least grade 11 as of fall 2021 to apply. The cut-off age is 25. Previous Hollier Award winners may not reapply.

Applications for the Young Artist Program are open to string players only for the 2021-2022 season. We ask applicants to prepare two short contrasting works, for example: one fast and one slow, or one slightly longer selection that contains fast passages and slower, more lyrical sections. Applicants for the Young Artist Program must be entering at least grade 11 as of fall 2021 to apply. The cut-off age is 25.

Applications for 2021 are now closed.
