Program notes for Nov 5/6 concert

An exciting new era of the Oakville Symphony begins on November 5th and 6th under the baton of Maestro Lorenzo Guggenheim.

We are pleased to welcome back cellist Paul Marleyn, performing the Elgar Cello Concerto in E minor, op. 85.

The orchestra is also honoured to present the Canadian premiere of PIVOT by Grammy-nominated composer Anna Clyne. Clyne describes the inspiration for her piece in the following brief video.
